It all started with a small bungalow on the beach in Westhampton Beach, New York. Our personal paradise, where I spent my childhood summers chasing waves, watching sunsets, and enjoying bonfires on the beach. Those carefree, sun-kissed years sparked my love of beach life, and later inspired Le Bungalow.

Decades later, that house remains our getaway, where we forget to check our phones, live in the moment, enjoy nature, and actually sleep. 

There’s nothing better than finding places that help evoke these behaviors. Since those early days on Dune Road, I’ve fallen in love with many destinations that do just that, including another favorite beach hideaway in La Jolla, California, with its stunning Pacific sunsets, skinny palm trees, and vibrant surf culture.

We all have special places in our lives. Those places where you slow down and hang out and swim in the sea and enjoy tiki bars or mountain views or island life or desert skies. Or maybe it’s a big city where you feel most inspired. While the house on Dune Road is the original beach bungalow in my heart, Le Bungalow was created to celebrate all these special destinations where we are paying attention, looking up, and truly living. 

I cherish casual days on the beach. I also appreciate beautiful gemstones and fine jewelry (and an occasional let’s-get-this-party-started dress)! This “90% palm tree, 10% chandelier” lifestyle is the essence of Le Bungalow. Our signature keys are meant to be worn to the beach or to a dinner party.
